I believe she was worred about illegal pitches...

and was not pitching as she usually does. A pitcher can not change their delivery on short notice and still be effective. The illegal pitch issue has handcuffed her.

This is when we need to hitters to step up, but they didn't do that on Firday night. They also didn't do that on Thurrsday except for one good inning.
