It’s been 3 weeks since I’ve seen a soul on floor of my office


I go downtown a few days a week if I’m not traveling. My company has a satellite location (30 people) and there are 3 other companies with space on our floor. Lights are always off in their space. No one shows up in our space.

I just don’t think work from office is coming back without strong mandates. And the job market is so hot, it’s tough for many employers to play hardball.

Kinda surprised we’re still so far from the pre-pandemic situation.
