Yes, absolutely she will complain to the umpires, if she feels that's

the only way to disrupt our pitching and the only chance to beat us. Our coaches need to go out and protect Emma, and do the same complain about the Hoos pitching. It's a 2-way street. Most pitchers foot off the ground, the key to look for is replanting. This rule is terrible, not consistently called, depends on umpire crew, it needs to be reviewed during the off season.
