Finding out very few banks do home equity lines of credit anymore.

Our twin girls (no shun) share a car currently but we’ll probably need to buy another one this summer if they work at different jobs. Then there’s college which we may or may not have enough saved up for depending on if they’re in state or out of state.

Would like to have a decent sized line of credit to draw on if needed but not be obligated to borrow anything if I don’t.

Just seems like banks stopped offering a product for which there would be good demand.
