The NCAA needs to change the rule. It’s stupid to have a different rule from
International/USA competition

It’s a leap not a “replant”

That replant and 2nd push WOULD give the pitcher an advantage. If you see baseball pitchers warm up they crow hop on their first few throws just to get their legs moving and warm and you can tell what an advantage that would make to both distance off the mound and velocity
