What's this?

Saw those being constructed in Mobile, AL a few weeks ago. We kept hearing


how much the Navy hated them. Evidently, the first version had a lot of technical problems, which they supposedly fixed, and the concept of being so close to shore and therefore closer to enemy fire doesn't sit too well with those onboard. Cool looking ship though.
