I wasn't sure what your "vision" for the evolution of TSL, the podcast,

YouTube channel, or any other outlets are given it could be fluid in order to give the organization more flexibility for any future changes in the industry landscape. Plus, if the organization grows in the future, then it is always possible it could lead to multiple podcasts being done each week or even a daily podcast.

The YouTube channel might be a good place to start because "Chip's Circle" could lead to increase traffic and even spawn other similar segments in the future. At the very least it could be a great avenue for TSL to increase its content for other sports that may not receive a lot of coverage/exposure on the website particularly if you start to notice posters (like Chip) who are passionate about the sport. The evolution of softball on TSL could even be used as a blueprint for those sports.
