People make too much of promising playing time. Can it be a factor? Sure, its pretty common. But it isnt as common as fans seem to think it is.

It is much more important to be sold on how he'll be utilized, the level of success and/or ability to help achieve the players goals, and how they like their potential teammates and campus.
