Took a nasty fall during a morning run.


Pace was around 8:30 when my shoe hit the bump in the sidewalk that sent me tumbling.

I'm not offended that none of the motorists who passed me afterward stopped to inquire about my well-being.

I am offended that nobody stopped to congratulate me on the SPECTACULAR recovery that left me sitting cross-legged in the grass...shades still in place!

Let's be careful out there, people!
