Reminds me of ay gang of morons in Chantilly that rode mopeds


My friend's dad was a Post distributor and started having issues with bundles of papers getting stolen from drop off areas. Caught a bunch of losers on their mopeds trashing them for grins and giggles. County cops had lots of stories about the suburban "gang" and their mischief.
