LOL, Inspector 12 missed a biggy


I imagine they have part kits on the assembly line (a cart or bin delivered to the assembler with all the parts for each item moving down the line, based on the specifications of the item). The kitting process is usually very highly controlled and the kit can't be released to the line until every part required is scanned out. Wonder how the person on the line explained having a piston left over at his or her station?
