Body language all season indicated unhappiness, so not 100% surprised

I thought Alleyne was a great fit for VT and he was one of the few players on the team with a mid-range/driving to the hoop game (mid-range shooting skills seems to be lacking these days in college b-ball) so this is indeed disappointing news. He seemed to give effort when he was motivated but then seemed to slack off when things were not going his way (normal human behavior but noticeable)

Wish him nothing but the best and sure Maddox and Rice will share his minutes next year.
