coach is the 'Legendary' Dot Richardson (my daughter's first bat was a Dot Richardson model). She was out of the game for years and working as a surgeon in Florida (she's "DR Dot") when LU threw enough $$ at her to get her to the Hill City. She certainly knows Loni A at FSU. Have to wander if they've talked. It would also be interesting to know if the umpiring crew has called a game with Emma pitching before; I suspect they have. I guess it's a big game for LU but they are likely to win their league (they are 12-0) and get the automatic bid. Regardless of today's outcome they are destined to be #4 seed in any regional.
