Who had an uncanny ability to not actually be right when he said something, which just made him say it even more forcefully.

Oh, and Dave Ramsey will do it sometimes. That one irritates me too. No, Dave, counting on a long-term 12% return on your money is not realistic. Just because you say "right!" after you say it doesn't make it accurate.
