Play hard, show improvement, don't make same mistakes over and over

Definitely going to be a rebuilding process with talent replenishment required, but to see a team that plays hard and confidently that improves over the season is what most people are looking for. Optimistically, we have a QB upgrade, and hopefully that and a better attitude and better organization will surprise us with 7-8 wins. Just having an offense that does not hate the OC will help things.
