Pet peeve, if you order a good quality scotch or bourbon in a bar, why

should you even HAVE to ask that it not be poured over a big frikkin glass of ice?
I know it’s easy to specify “neat” or ice or water on the side, but give me a frikkin break. Should be Bourbon 101 in bartender school.

Rant over, carry on.
