Not sure if he can discuss it, but the most frustrating...


call/non-call for me is stalling...

QUESTION:
What is the approach for coaches in dealing with stall calls? Are there tendencies with certain referees that they coach to? or is it something that they deal with as matches progress?

BACKGROUND:
I am relatively new to wrestling (about 10 years of fandom, did 5 years of timing/scorekeeping for ODU and VA Duals) but to me there's a lot of inconsistency with that call. I know I heard as many coaches screaming for calls as fans in my time working matches.
