think we would do things differently if we could start over today (obvious statement--just meaning we would shelve that type of thinking and don't think you will see that again). We probably should have followed the Pitt Sunday blueprint (that went well)....Needed both Okuda and Weycker today and both were going to pitch, but started a guy that was used to coming in from the pen, and left the guy that has started a lot of games to come in from the pen. It didn't go well and that started the scramble early. Unfortunately it took the crowd out of it early, and we seemed flat after that. Those things happen. Having said that, the State guy pitched well. Just need to put today behind us and build on our strong overall streak/weekend. Half way done in league play.....need the back half of the league schedule to go better than last year, and we have three of the five series at home. Miami, Louisville, and Duke at home. UVA and BC on the road. We have 11 Quad 1 regular season games left.....We have put ourselves in position to do well.....just need to find a way to close out this year......a good opportunity presents itself!!
