OT, but speaking of foreign substances, many years ago my dad went on a

fishing trip (actually flounder gigging) in North Carolina. I think this was around 1980. He went with a good friend of his and they actually stayed with Gaylord Perry's parents (his friend knew Perry's parents). Gaylord was playing with the Yankees at that time and my dad brought back a Yankees hat that his parents had given him. First thing I did was check under the bill of the cap for vaseline as I was very aware of Perry's reputation..true story. I think I was 15 at the time.
