I keep getting text messages, to me and a bunch of people I don't know,

saying "Your Bill has been paid. Click on the link for a free gift"

No, I'm not dumb enough to do it. I'm just deleting them. But I've gotten 3 in the last 16 hours or so. Anyone else experiencing this new scam?
