They understand the complexities of recruiting, use of media, outreach to alumni friends and students. Outreach to the community is not an obligation but should be a joy. VT is a school of 40,000 and the state university. The Football coach and staff must project that.. HOWEVER LETS MOVE ON and not worry about the past 6 years.
