Question possibly someone can answer

I have tried ESPN+ help to no avail.

Various games(not just VT) show up on ESPN app on my TV as 'live' and when I try to watch it says something like 'not available/unable to stream' etc. I've noticed this is tied a lot of times to the ACCNX. I then can immediately go to the ESPN app on my phone and watch the game. What's the difference?

I've also got DirecTV that my ESPN app(on TV and phone) is tied to. The ESPN app on my TV will also not allow me to watch regular ESPN, I've got to switch to DirecTV for that.

Has frustrated me more times than I can count.

Any help?
