As a UNC alum, that's not what it was like at all

Pretty much the entire bar expected a collapse or at minimum a close game due to the short rotation, lucky breaks, and Kansas missing layups.

UNC fans contrary to popular belief are pretty knowledgable about the sport they've watched for longer than VT has been a civilian college. They've also experienced quite a few championship games and disappointments so they know how it works.

Watching with them is not like watching with VT fans who for the most part come off as reactionary and unexperienced in the sport.
