The Dalmore King Alexander III is probably the best in my bar.

But my favorite mid-range Scotches include Talisker 10 or Distillers Addition. Johnie Walker Blue is the smoothest imo.

Bottom line is, like wine, it's VERY personal and everyone has their own opinion. Find out what you like.

One of the reasons I love Talisker is because I loved visiting the Isle of Skye and this distillery.
