TSO's office in our home is down the hall from mine. She is on the phone telling her sister how to book a flight to Texas in June for her daughter's (TSO's niece) wedding. It is beyond belief that anyone in our age demographic has so little computer competency. That SIL of mine was a critical care nurse for her whole adult life until she retired 8 years ago.

"The menu? Oh, that's the list of things over on the left side of your monitor."
"Well, what time do you want to leave Orlando?"
"Do you have a credit card ready to pay for it?"
