Question - Establishments (restaurants mostly) that only take cash or check

What say you? I hardly ever use these forms of payment. I know why some smaller businesses do due to the fees...but do you just roll with it, or go somewhere else?

@B777Fr8Dog do you go to Vitos in Southern Pines? I find it annoying I can't pay with card, and there are other places with similar offerings and better payment methods...just asking....
