Of course use of the VAERS database is WAY up because

publicity about it during Covid has a lot more people reporting symptoms on it.

Just as an example, I am a fairly well informed person but I had never heard of the VAERS database before Covid, now I have. I'm sure there are millions of others like me. People who never would have filed a report on there before because they didn't know it existed.

Also the Covid vaccine has been given to tons of people who normally might not have gotten any vaccination. If you don't get a flu vaccine each year, aren't old enough for shingles, then it is very possible that you will go a decade without getting a vaccination of any type. There were millions of people who fit into that category. Some of whom were destined to develop aphasia anyway. Now you have those millions getting the Covid vaccine, and then getting aphasia, and reporting it to the VAERS database. How many of them would have gotten it anyway? Who knows.

The information in there does not imply cause/effect, is based on self reporting, and the statistics are very susceptible to differing analyses.
