Mormon Temple, the curve was there first though which the Mormons imho cleverly used to position their church so you can see it dead ahead on the beltway coming from the East almost like you're looking down at it and yeah, the railroad bridge with "Surrender Dorothy" you can still kinda read it b/c they painted over it almost in the same shape of the letters.
