Bone Breaks in the Foot Are Rough


If you look at OC Tyler Bowen's history, a bone break in his foot derailed his playing days. I have broken the 5th metatarsal in both feet (not the injury Bowen had, Payoute's is unknown), and it was devastating to me, particularly the one that happened later in life. Fun Fact: Danny Coale snapped the 5th metatarsal in one of his feet in Cowboys camp and effectively ended his career.

I've never had one but have heard that Hammies can be tough to fully recover from too.
