The joke was supposedly not in the dress rehearsal... How did the camera know to be on Jada?

The oscars ratings have been in the tank for years. No one cares about them anymore.

Will Smith has a middling series reboot on an add-on network that has mediocre ratings.

He was laughing at the joke, the camera moved, then sometime later he got visibly angry out of thin air.

The world is in the SH$#ER and now there's something else to distract us...

It's easy to stage a slap, harder to stage a full punch... Why do you think there's so much slapping in professional wrestling?

There's quite a few reasons why this could have been staged. Actors acting. At the same time, Will is already a c.... maybe he's a puppet as well and mentally unstable. The joke wasn't that bad and didn't deserve that reaction.
