I remember when Mackenzie joined the team halfway through her...

senior high school year. There wasn't much hoopla when she joined. She wasn't highly touted and came from rural Halifax County, Virginia. My first impression was that she was too small to be a catcher, but she's proved me wrong after her first few games. I was impressed by her energy. She's tough as nails and one of the top competitors on the team.
