Bailey, Brown, Bennett -- seniors academically, juniors athletically. Milius is in the same boat, and already entered the transfer portal to look at her grad school options.

Slaw -- is in grad school (Pamplin), junior athletically.

They all could come back, but for Bailey and Bennett in particular I would imagine a lot would come down to how much scholarship money they're on. They're both out-of-state, whereas Brown and Slaw are in-state, so it's cheaper and they would likely need less money. I think Milius (also out-of-state) is gone -- she just doesn't get enough consistent ABs here.

Roster management is going to be fascinating in years to come. Softball is pretty restricted in terms of scholarships, and with an ever-growing roster it's going to be hard to spread that money around and keep everyone happy / make it make financial sense for them to still be at VT. As it is, the team doesn't travel everyone to road games, and with next year's incoming recruiting class the logjam will only increase.

I'd expect to see quite a bit of attrition heading into next season. For now, though, let's enjoy this current group!
