I wanted to see them charge a small fee for many years, with the money

going to a special program or cause. I started thinking this way several years ago when a young lady who played on the VT basketball team (not sure of her name- Rayna Dubose?- maybe) and due to illness had several of her limbs amputated. The money could have been used to asssist her, assuming it was not sum sort of violation. Since then, there have been other causes, like the family of the VT policeman that was killed by that thug on campus about 10 years ago. Every year there is some situation where VT fans could have provided significant benefits to a member of the VT family.
