I grill red peppers and apply them generously to my pita pockets...


So yeah, Wegman's pita break or maybe it was some brand name like Kronos or something, maybe a half cup of Wegman's hummus, avocado and the aforementioned red bell peppers. and some Basil leaves dry now, fresh in the summer.

Grilling the red peppers allows the skin to come off easily, great eating them while still warm.

I like Wegman's they have hummus with not a whole lot of other ingredients type stuff. Since I do the red pepper myself I like the pine nuts paricularly.
