I went to order some parts for my TSX, and this was the first dealer I've EVER visited that you could not walk up to the parts counter and talk to the guy when ordering parts. Just trying to ensure I order the right parts, and enough of them to do the job. When I say this is the first, I'm talking about every GM, Toyota, BMW, Dodge, Porsche, Honda and Acura dealership I've ever visited...until today.

If you want to order parts, you have to go to the customer service counter and pick up a video phone to talk to the parts guy. Thought I would give the VB Acura dealer some business, so consider me disappointed. The only saving grace is that I didn't have to pre-pay for parts.
