Though I understand Papa's contribution to softball, it seems the game has 'passed her by'. Her recruiting issues can be traced back to a lack of a top assistant devoted to the program. An assistant 'content' with sticking with the boss, and not using the job as a stepping stone. We have that assistant in Mike Lewis. He is the face of the program, a great recruiter in his own right, logging the sky and road miles. So lucky to have him.
