For the record, I hate this track.


The “improvements” haven’t fixed the basic problem of visibility. It’s only a matter of time before somebody has a real collision on this track. We can only hope that the new track can be built soon so they can move off this circuit.

You didn’t miss anything at the end. Tsunoda ran over a curb and broke something at the very end of the session.

Leclerc’s car will be fine, just a minor repair to the suspension. He set the fastest time on softs. Verstappen only 0.14 behind on mediums. If the Red Bull can finish the race this time, it’s those two in a 1-2 IMO.

KMag with more mech issues was disappointing, but Schumaker was 13th. The Haas cars are truly in the midfield! I think.

Lando was 6th after the Mercedes. Maybe that’s a good sign for them.

Let’s hope everyone survives qualifying and the race. Lots of danger on and off this track this weekend, it would seem.
