kids need to make the decision that makes the happy but, the vast majority would be better served to be more realistic and pragmatic about their skill sets and circumstances. I think far more transfers end up in worse circumstances than they left. It works out for some and they are celebrated but, I doubt the ratio is much higher than 1 out of 3 and it could be much lower depending upon how the criteria for it "working out" is defined.
