Early = more fog. If you are taking 17 mile drive, then driving to Big Sur


which is one big stretch, then just plan the start around the forecast. There's a big stretch of the 101 that you want to be clear before Big Sur though. Big Sur is nice, but it's the whole stretch man.

BEAUTIFUL. Taught my wife to love golf on that drive. We didn't play. She just saw the scenery and went, "WHOA!".
