which is beyond nuts but most of this has been. My favorite personal story was from a flight that was cancelled due to thunderstorms last July. The plane had backed away from the jetway and was completely full. We sat parked on the tarmac sweating in our masks for about 45 minutes. Pilot finally comes on and announces the flight is cancelled ... not delayed. Passengers are understandably very pissed off (we didn't get out until the next day). The next message over the PA was from a flight attendant ripping several passengers for not having their mask above their noses. Unbelievable.
