The interviewer (or panel) will typically be more relaxed and informal with the weekend coming up and possibly fewer meetings as well on Fridays. I've found that it helps everyone relax and creates a better environment. And everyone enters their feedback right away so it doesn't matter if the impression fades. They will have their thoughts in writing already and will very quickly have a mental ranking of the candidates.

I've had a couple of video interviews over the past couple of years (as candidate and as interviewer). When I was interviewing I still dressed up fully to demonstrate professionalism and interest (and it was appreciated by the interviewers who were dressed down).

And suggestion is to also call in to the interview separately just in case the video call gets cut.
