Good for you Hort! How much more do you hope to lose?


I've also lost 25 to 30 lbs since 1/1. I plan to lose another 25 to reach my goal, but I've hit a slight plateau.

I've simply reduced portion sizes while increasing activity. Small breakfast and lunch (about 215-250 cal. each) and 450-600 calories for dinner. Add snacks and drinks and I'm under 1,500 cal/weekday. I relax it on weekends (2k cal/day). To simplify it, I have Freshly meals 6 nights/week. This keeps my servings reasonable and easy to track those calories.

So far, this has been easy to manage and I'm seldom hungry. With the warmer weather, I hope increasing activity will get me past the plateau I've had for a week and a half.

What's your method for losing weight?
