The speculation is waivers will be very hard to get.

When the one time transfer rule passed, if you go back and read some of the news articles on it, there is a strong feeling that there won't be many waivers. The whole point was to take the judgment out of the hands of an invisible body that had no accountability.

If you're afraid your coach is going to be fired, you better hold on to that one time transfer.
