In the process now myself....its absolute madness


Haven't dipped my toe in the selling side yet but from the buyer side, its ridiculously competitive. Houses don't last a day, sometimes only hours. Multiple 10s of thousands over asking. 30+ offers for a house thats on the market for a single day. In the charlotte market and i've seen a pretty good amount of supply, its just demand it thru the friggin roof and people are willing to pay whatever on houses sight-unseen

Projected to sell my current about 65% over what I paid about 4 years ago
