volunteer assistant (as does VT). Most volunteer assistants (in all sports that have volunteer assistants) are paid through camp revenues, etc. There is a legal cap on "official" coaching staff. You can have Director of Ops, and other creative positions, such as personnel development, etc., but not coaches paid by the school. As noted below with nvpbrown and my initial post, other coaching staff in the room are paid through non school sanctioned entities. Camps, and RTC's can pay whatever they want. Hope that helps..
