Realistically we could, but we need a more size and/or a dominant post

Miami is playing a 5 out style but Jordan Miller is 6'7 and McGusty is 6'5 while Waardenburg is a legit 6'10 stretch 4. They rely heavily on attacking the basket in iso situations and feasting on the fast break, two things that run counter to how MY plays.

MY's system is not really set up to run small ball lineups because of the emphasis on screening with the bigs. Playing 4 guards requires a lot more 1 on 1 ability and shot making which historically we haven't had. We'd need to model it after Jay Wright and have a dominant post guy to play through.

I could see a lineup like Pedulla-Rice-Cattoor-Maddox-Kidd being quite effective when we need to score points and pick up the pace but defense would be a major liability.
