This Maryland game shows how we should have played defensively


Problem is I am not sure we have the speed to play that defense, but Maryland stayed in their face and forced bad threes and to dribble more. Once Maryland got a 10 point lead it seems like FGCU started to give up hope. It would have been nice if we played with this edge that Maryland has played with in this game. I feel like if we would have played better three point defense and just stopped two of their threes we would have won the game.
