it was solely the lack of Quad 1 wins. Mark has been out since early in the season. Sasser has been out since December. And yet, Houston has lost one game (at Memphis) in the last month. Certainly, they're not as strong as they would have been with those guys, but they've been playing without them for a while now.
Of course, it's possible that my disdain for the Committee's judgement is affecting my assessment.
