Remember the "minimal pit stop time" that was being pushed? That came from Mercedes because Red Bull was doing quicker pit stops. Instead of practicing to get faster, they went crying to the stewards to change the rules.

No one has cried, complained, or bitched more than Mercedes these last few years.
