There was a couple of them.

One hit the knob of the bat but the home plate guy said hit by pitch. They got together and said it did hit the bat but it was foul because the ball hit the plate.

On another one, the batter apparently did get hit and took first.

On another play, there was an out but ruled illegal pitch.
